Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
All tags and labels must remain attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our team through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
